It is a service we provide to keep fulfilling your orders, by printing your orders

Following are the condition to be met to use the No Down Time Guaranteed :

1. You must have purchased your equipment from www.dtgsuppliescanada.ca
2. Your equipment is scheduled for maintenance and repair, eg. printhead needs to be replaced due to wear and tear or another related technical difficulty that is confirmed by a technician.
3. You pay for the material cost and shipping to you or to your customers directly with a white label, so they wont notice the difference, and leaving you enough margin and flexibility to continue your regular business activity.

* in case of a major power disruption in your area we may consider to apply No Down Time Guaranteed as per case to case basis.
* in case of natural disaster in your area we may consider to apply No Down Time Guaranteed, as per case to case basis.
* in case of temporary disability (illness, urgent travel) we may consider to apply no Down Time Guaranteed, as per case to case basis.
