REFUNDS and RETURNS

REFUND POLICY

Ink and Consumables:
*Ink must be returned unopened within 10 days of purchase. Shipping is non refundable.
*Film must be returned for inspection prior refund or replacement. Shipping is non refundable.
*Powder has to be returned in its original packaging. Shipping is non refundable.

If ink, film or powder is found to be defective after an in house inspections we can replace/refund the defective products.

Printers and Equipment Sales:
All Sales are final. No Refunds / No returns. Issues repaired according the terms of the warranty agreement.

if issue can not be fixed remotely, customers is responsible to ship back the equipment in its original packaging or in a safer and better packaging, for repair if needed.

Restocking: 20% restocking fee applied on all returns
